  • Childbirth education can help you to understand the experience of birth, what to expect, and how your experience my deviate from expectations.

  • Other may say the third trimester is the best time to start learning, but I say it is never too early to start. When diving into understanding your birth biases, researching possible interventions, or working though and processing your fears you will want as much time as possible.

    That said, it is never too late and there is always time to learn and increase your ability to make empowered decisions.

  • Absolutely and I recommend they do! It is great when your support is on the same page and understands your preferences. They may become your voice in the mist of labor and it will only make things easier if they understand how to play an active role in your birthing process.
